Sapphire is a stunning, spayed female Shepherd mix with a sleek, beautiful black coat and a heart full of potential. She’s walking well on leash and is very food-motivated, taking treats gently and eagerly—a big help with her ongoing training. Sapphire has already mastered “sit” and “down,” and she’s currently working on “leave it” and “look at me.” She’s smart, eager to learn, and truly wants to please her people.
Sapphire is gaining weight well and growing stronger and more confident each day. While she loves human companionship, she can be a bit too much for other dogs and would thrive as the only pet in a calm, structured home. Due to a high prey drive, she is not a match for homes with small animals.
With the right guidance and continued positive reinforcement, Sapphire will make a loyal, loving companion. She’s ready for a forever home where she can shine as the center of attention.
