Nunez is the definition of a lovebug wrapped in a wagging tail. This happy, handsome boy has a heart as big as his puppy eyes—and trust us, one look at him and you’ll absolutely melt.
Nunez’s story started with a rough patch. He was found at a local shelter in need of urgent care, facing a rectal prolapse that required emergency surgery. Thanks to quick action and lots of love, he got the care he needed, and after some time to rest and recover, he has made an incredible comeback. Today, he’s thriving, healthy, and soaking up every bit of the good life he always deserved.
And oh, what a joyful life he lives! Nunez is endlessly friendly—he adores people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and greets everyone he meets like an old friend. His sweet, affectionate nature makes him the perfect companion for just about any home.
He’s doing fantastic with house and crate training, showing just how smart and eager to please he is. Whether he’s cuddling up with his favorite humans or happily tossing around any kind of toy he can find, Nunez approaches everything with pure joy and enthusiasm.
More than anything, Nunez loves his people. He bonds deeply, loves wholeheartedly, and is always ready to share his happiness. After everything he’s been through, he wakes up each day with a wagging tail and a grateful heart—and he’s ready to bring that same joy into a forever home.
