Hunter is a big-hearted, slightly confused mastiff mix with a heart as huge as his paws! Estimated around 6 years old (but he may secretly be a mischievous young pup at heart), this neutered gentleman is ready to find a home that appreciates a gentle giant with a silly side.
Hunter is a quick learner—he’s already mastered sit and is working hard on down. He takes treats with the utmost politeness, and is practicing his leash manners like a champ. Crate-trained and loving his fetch sessions, he’s a bundle of joy who brings smiles wherever he goes.
Currently tipping the scales at just under 100 lbs, Hunter is working on filling out his frame. Despite his impressive size, he truly believes he’s a lap dog, and he’ll happily snuggle as close as you’ll let him. He’s dog-friendly, playful, and hilariously unaware of just how big he really is.
Hunter came to us from a local shelter, a bit on the skinny side, but his heart has always been full. He’s ready to find a home where he can grow into his body, his love, and his ever-expanding collection of toys.
