Don't let his 8 pounds fool you. Pequeno is a 4 year old chihuahua with a big personality packed into a tiny package! He took a few hours to warm up to his foster family, but now he's everyone's best buddy.
This sweet boy loves a good game of fetch and isn't afraid to show off his tug-of-war skills. When playtime's over, he's your ultimate snuggle companion, happiest curled up next to you on the sofa, and an all-night covers-hog who sleeps tucked in with his people. He also knows how to soak up the good life, with a serious talent for lounging in a sunny spot.
Pequeno is crate trained and potty trained when kept on a schedule in his foster home. He gets along great with other dogs and the resident cat, so he's a good fit for a multi-pet household. Given his small size, he'd do best in a home with older kids who know how to be gentle with a little guy. He's rocking a little bald patch on his leg of unknown origin, think of it as his signature look, very rugged, very mysterious.
Pequeno has been an absolute pleasure to foster, and he's ready to find his forever home where he can keep being everyone's favorite little shadow. Could that be you!
