All cats placed through the Wags Rescue & Referral will be up to date on vaccinations, as is age appropriate. Some cats available may or may not be spayed/neutered. If approved and adoption moves forward I may be required to give a deposit with adoption fee and that will be refunded when I show supprted proof that the cat has been spay/neutered with in the Rescue's timeframe. I understand that this is a preliminary application and that if applying for a specific cat, they may no longer be available. If that is the case and I'm approved, I will receive a General approval with or without possible restrictions. If Wags finds that the application responses are not truthful or as honset as possible, we will decline your application. If you have pets and we get a less than satisfactory vet reference showing that your pets are not properly vaccinated, up to date and spayed/neutered, we will decline your application. This includes cats who by Pa state law are required vaccines. Please let your vet know to release information to us. If you do not have a vet reference we require a minimum of 2 personal references. *
