All dogs placed through the Wags Rescue & Referral will be up to date on vaccinations, as is age appropriate. Some dogs available may or may not be spayed/neutered. As a foster you will aid the animal in getting to appointments to get and stay up to date on all vetting. I understand that this is a preliminary application and that if applying for a specific dog, they may no longer be available. If that is the case and I'm approved, I will receive a General approval with or without possible restrictions to foster. If Wags finds that the application responses are not truthful or as honset as possible, the application will be declined. If you have pets and we get a less than satisfactory vet reference showing that your pets are not properly vaccinated, up to date and spayed/neutered, we will decline your application. This includes cats who by Pa state law are required vaccines. Please let your vet know to release information to us. If you do not have a vet reference we require a minimum of 2 personal references.*
