Ben Hur (aka Bennie) is an adorable, six-pound Chihuahua mix who will steal your heart in a minute! Ben Hur is very friendly and good with other dogs, cats and people, including kids. He's very social and likes to be around his people. He excitedly greets everyone at the door and loves to give kisses! Ben Hur enjoys playing with soft, cuddly toys and relishes a good game of tug-of-war, but he's also content to curl up beside you and nap while you work or watch TV. He's potty-trained when given regular breaks outside, and he'll use newspaper if the weather doesn't permit outside excursions. Ben loves exploring the outdoors and is getting accustomed to walking on a leash with a harness. He's good in his crate and settles in nicely after a couple of minutes of whining in protest.
