Introducing the cutest, sweetest boy, Boone! Boone is approximately 1 year old, weighing about 40 lbs. He is a hound mix – bigger than a Beagle, smaller than a typical Hound. He has the cutest little Mohawk down the back of his neck. He gets along with all dogs and even passed his cat test. Boone will make a great addition to any family. He is crate trained, seems to be housebroken with a consistent schedule and following his cues.
Boone is a typical goofy hound, always ready for a good time. He sits nicely for treats and is learning to come when called. He enjoys playing with toys and bones. He loves to have balls thrown for him so he can chase and throw them around. And he is always happy to snuggle next to you for a nap.
Boone is learning how to walk on a leash, but in typical hound fashion he’s interested in smelling all the smells in his path.
Boone was treated for heartworm the beginning of March so is on activity restrictions until mid-May. He has been neutered, up to date on vaccinations and is on monthly heartworm and flea and tick preventatives.
