Hi! My name is Chispa. I'm a three-year- old female pup who came into rescue when my family was no longer able to care for me. Wags saw my sweet little face and couldn't resist helping. I'm a teeny little girl, weighing in at about 8 pounds. I've lived with adults and children, and also dogs of varying sizes. Once I settle in, I'm not phased by much. Really...I just want lots of quality lap time. I've been enjoying snuggle time with my foster family, and I couldn't be happier. My fosters call me "low maintenance."
