Hi!  My name is still Cosette and I am patiently waiting for someone to give me a home to call my own.  I will be approximately 14 weeks old on January 18th.  I am going through a bit of a growth spurt and now weigh about 16.5 lbs.  I am at a great age where I like to learn things.  I am very treat motivated (pupperonis are my favorite).  I am learning how to sit and go outside to go to the bathroom.  I am very friendly and like to play with other dogs, but sometimes I am just happy just playing with my toys or chewing bones.  Since we have a fenced in yard, I have not been on walks, nor have I seen any cats.   I am a cuddle bug.  When I am tired, I like to sleep on your lap, or on my comfy dog bed.  I like to be with people.  I am a pretty chill puppy and will quickly fall into your routine.  My foster mom says that my personality is really starting to shine.  I am a lover and promise to be a loyal companion if you can make room in your home for me.  Come see me at one of our events, you will not be sorry.  I will be a great lifetime companion.

Hi!  My name is Cosette and I will be approximately 13 weeks old on January 11th.  I weight about 12.5 lbs.  My siblings and I were found abandoned in North Carolina and were brought to Pennsylvania on December 6th.  This is why we are called the orphan pups.  Nobody is really sure what I am, but some say that my coat has some terrier looking salt and pepper hair, while others in my litter have smooth coats.  All of our paws seem to have different sizes.  I am not the largest, nor am I am the smallest.  I am the perfect sized dog (not too big, not too small).  I am a typical puppy and like to play with toys and other dogs.  I have not met any cats yet.  I like to spend time with people.   While you are sitting on the couch, I like to be either playing on the floor under you or cuddled up on my comfy dog bed.  I also like the company of other dogs.   I have a lot of fun playing with squeaky toys with them.  I don’t know any tricks yet, and am working on house training, but I am still young and this is a work in progress.  I am patiently waiting for that special family that is looking for a loyal companion who wants nothing but to be with them.  If you are looking for a new best friend, can you take some time out and come visit me at one of our events?  I will be waiting for that special someone. Could that be you?

Hi, I am Cosette and I will be approximately 11 weeks old on 12.28.  I am a female and I weigh just about 11 lbs (12.26.24).  I come from North Carolina, so much of my background or breed is not known, but I am a cute, loving little puppy and am anxiously waiting for my new home.  I am very playful  little pup with all the usual puppy energy, and when you see my personality, you will fall in love.  While I don’t know much about tricks or potty training, I am working on it.  I am currently living with my sister and 3 resident dogs, I have not met any cats.  I sleep quietly all night, and am anxious to see my people in the morning.  My foster family says that I am predictable when kept on a regular schedule.  I am hoping you can work with that.  I am worth it.

Meet Cosette of the Orphan pups, who is ready to share some puppy love (and puppy breath)!! I am 8 weeks old, and less than 5 lbs. As you can tell from my name, my 9 siblings and I are orphans, but we are survivors! Like any typical puppy, we will need guidance and consistency to fully master our new house training skills. But how can you resist our adorable faces? I mean, really? For more information on adopting Cosette Society, visit www.wagsrescue.org and complete an application.
