Daydream is a handsome hound mix who gets compliments wherever he goes. He is a loyal and intelligent dog, who is quickly (and easily) learning commands. He is crate trained when his fosters leave the house, and has shown the ability to hang with the family in the house with loose supervision when they are home. He will go to the door to request a bathroom break, in addition to his scheduled potty checks.
Daydream has a curious, playful side and loves to chase balls, run in the yard, go for walks, and play in the creek. Daydream is also a HUGE cuddler and has found his love of the couch. When the family is relaxing, you can bet Daydream is curled up with someone on a fuzzy blanket.
Daydream can be apprehensive when first meeting strangers and requires slow introductions. As soon as he feels comfortable, he returns to his happy playful pup-personality. Daydream would do best in a home with older children to help continue his training and assist with these slow interactions. He would also benefit from a home with a confident adult dog.

Training: Crate trained and sleeping through the night, doing amazing with potty training when kept on a schedule, foster is working on leash training and basic commands as well
Fun Facts: Socialized with people (big and small) and his 2 littermates. Enjoys running and exploring in the yard, but also loves to cuddle. Daydream is a peaceful dude, who has been caught numerous times sitting a watching with pond waterfall.
