I'm ready for my new family!

Looking for a dashing, distinguished gentleman with a goofy streak and a heart as big as his paws? Meet Duke—an 8-year-old, 80-pound Dalmatian–American Pit Bull mix who's basically the canine version of your favorite rom-com lead: sweet, a little silly, and totally irresistible. (Think: Chandler Bing meets Scooby-Doo)!

Duke is the full package: handsome, house-trained, and hilariously entertaining. He has expressive brown eyes that sometimes wander in opposite directions when he's excited. If you gaze deeply into his eyes and serenade him, he'll lock eyes with you like he's staring in your music video.  Start dancing, and he'll gently rise up to join you, offering his paws like a true gentleman. His signature move? Spinning in circles to catch his tail. Spoiler: the tail always wins!

This classy boy also has great manners. He doesn't jump on furniture, beg for food, or snoop on countertops. He will, however, daintily wipe his mouth after meals and burrow under blankets with a dramatic groan if you dare to turn the lights on too early. Mood.

Duke is 100% potty trained, and crate trained (but he doesn't need it – he's a perfect gentleman when left home alone).  He grew up in a bustling household full of kids, so he knows how to handle chaos—but with his sturdy build and boundless enthusiasm, he might be a bit much for tiny tots.  

Duke enjoys the company of another former Wags dog that shares his foster home, but he's selective and requires slow introductions — he's more of a "get to know you first" kind of guy. He's all in for a good game—whether it's keep-away, a dramatic round of rope tug, or leaping into the air to catch tennis balls like an Olympic athlete. And after the action? He's all about the snuggle life, flopping at your feet (or directly on them) to watch the Eagles play or to enjoy a good movie.
