Emma is doing really well with leash walking and going potty outside! She loves greeting people and getting pets from them.
She still doesn't go long distances unless she sees people. We usually go down to the corner and back.
Emma is pretty chill indoors, mostly laying on blankets or a dog bed.
She got out of her crate one day (little Houdini) and had no accidents in the house!!!
She barks and howls a few minutes when left alone, but settles down and naps most of the day.

Emma is a 4 yr old+/-, female, spayed Beagle. She is very sweet, always greeting people with a wagging tail. Since she was found as a stray in GA, we don't know Emma's background, but she does not appear to be a fan of walking on leash outside. She may do better in a fenced yard.
Emma was treated for heartworms in GA and has maintained a very low activity level in her foster home. She doesn't really play with toys, right now she is just enjoying laying on the sofa or dog bed with comfy blankets. She is fine in her crate overnight and while her foster is at work.
She appears to have been trained at some point to use puppy pads indoors. Her foster is trying to break her of this habit and teach her using high valued treats, that the outside world is full of good scents, soft grass and friendly people and the preferred place to potty!
We think Emma was found with Fred so she may be dog friendly, but slow introductions are highly recommended. She was not cat tested.
