Libby is a 13-week-old female mixed-breed puppy looking for her forever home. She came to PA after being rescued in NC by a caring family who discovered her and her sister on the side of the road. After arriving here, she quickly befriended the dogs in her foster home. She would greatly benefit from finding a forever home that has another dog. She finds great comfort in their company and follows their examples. She loves spending time outside playing with her doggie foster friends. Then, she comes inside and plays some more. She loves toys of all kinds, and she loves a doggie bed. Libby is working on her housetraining and crate training. She currently weighs about 15 pounds and never met a treat that she didn't like.
