Meet Mandy Talbot. Mandy is about 4 years old, and weighs about 15 lbs. She is probably a yorkie/poodle mix? Mandy has not had the best of lives. She was in a backyard breeder/hoarding situation, and it shows . Mandy is very fearful, timid, and reserved. She will need a great deal of patience, understanding and time to realize her new life is wonderful. She is in foster now, and is doing good. She is still fearful, and will need a very understanding adopter. She is going outside to potty, but sometimes has accidents. Mandy is very receptive to affection, and loves to cuddle on a lap. This little girl really deserves a chance at a forever home. She is very good around other dogs, and has shown no aggression. Mandy has been spayed, and is up to date on all vaccines.
