I've found my furever family!

Hi, my name is Nelly Blue Bonnet. I'm a 50 lb Lab mix estimated to be 4 years old. I recently made the trip up to PA from NC. I tested positive and was treated for heartworm while down in NC. I am on restricted activities until February 17th. I just taking it easy right now. I get along really well with dogs, cats and people. I love people the most and just want to be a loyal companion. I'm so happy to see my foster Mom in the morning that I smile, showing my beautiful white teeth and do a little happy feet dance. I'm still learning about house living. I haven't mastered stairs yet, I'm scared of them but I love my crate. I am learning to walk on a leash, I tend to pull especially when heading home. I enjoy toys and I'm so gentle with them. Like most Labs I love food and am very treat motivated. I listen well to correction and know my basic commands. I will be available through WAGS Rescue and Referral after 02/03/2024. I would love to meet you.
