Maisy is a 2 year old, 40 poundish, spayed hound mix. Maisy has had a very rough start to her life. She was taken out of a hoarding situation in Georgia. She has suffered physical and mental scarring. Maisy is the sweetest girl in spite of what she went through. She is fearful of loud noises and new people, but is slowly warming up to her foster family. Maisy is wonderful in her crate and has had no accidents in her foster home. She has so much love to give and is looking for a patient family to make her a part of their home. Maisy lives with a dog and 2 cats, and gets along with all of them. She would do best in a home with another dog to show her how to be a dog and help her trust people. A calm home with older children would also be best for her.
