Hi!  My name is Rico!  I am currently looking for my forever home!  I was turned into the shelter at the tender age of 4 months old,  when I became sick with the Parvovirus.  Lucky for me, WAGS rescued me just in the nick of time!  That is all behind me now and I am feeling great!    I am residing in a loving foster home, with 3 other dogs.  I am full of puppy energy and am doing great on housebreaking!  I am going to be a very big strong boy!  My ideal home will have a big yard with a tall secure fence so I can run and play.  A fellow playmate would be great to help me burn off my energy.    I love to cuddle, but that is only after I have had a chance to run and play play play!.  I sleep quietly in my crate at night.     As you can see, I am extremely good looking!  My gorgeous gray coat and piercing diamond blue eyes, along with my charming personality will melt your heart!   I hope to meet you soon!

 

Rico is not just another pretty face.  His ideal family must be willing to give him the daily exercise and stimulation he needs.  He is going to be a very big boy when full grown.  Especially because of his size,  it is important that his new family is committed to continue with training him so he grows to an adult dog with great manners.  Because of his size, it is recommended that he not go to a home with children under 10.
