Sammi is an 6-month-old, spayed female Pit/Lab mix with a heart as big as her happy smile. She was surrendered to a local shelter through no fault of her own, and she’s now ready to start her next chapter with a family who will adore her as much as she adores life.
Sammi’s sleek black coat is truly stunning — depending on the light, you’ll catch beautiful hints of gray and warm brown shimmering through, making her just as unique on the outside as she is on the inside. She’s still a young pup and learning the ropes, but she’s doing wonderfully with both house training and crate training and continues to improve every day.
This smart girl has already mastered “sit” in record time and is eager to keep learning. She’s currently working on leash manners and shows great potential with consistency and positive guidance. Sammi absolutely loves her toys and can happily entertain herself, especially when playtime is involved.
Sammi is a social butterfly who loves other dogs, though her excitement can be a bit over-the-top at first, so a home without small dogs or cats would be best. With dogs her own size and energy level, she’s a joyful, playful companion who just wants to make friends.
Above all else, Sammi is pure happiness wrapped in fur. She’s affectionate, upbeat, and grateful for every bit of love and attention she receives. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or simply being by your side, Sammi is happiest when she’s with her people.
