Snoopy Talbot

—Looking for his forever Peanuts gang—

Snoopy is a 1 year old hound mix, guaranteed to melt your heart. He has plenty of playful energy but also loves to settle in for a nap on the bed, preferably your bed and possibly trying to convince you that your pillow is his though he's perfectly agreeable to move to another spot.

Some of his favorite things are running around and playing with his foster siblings, tossing around a ball to himself, playing with his toys, napping with his foster siblings and/or his foster dad, getting treats, sniffing all the sniffs like the sweet hound that he is, and making silly faces.

Snoopy has adjusted really well to the joy of indoor life since he arrived from a Georgia shelter. It didn't take him long to pick up on the routine, start to learn some basic commands and manners, and figure out where the couch and bed are so he can luxuriate in comfort.

Whether he's chilling out like Joe Cool or zooming through the yard, his silky soft ears flapping in the wind like a World War I Flying Ace, this Snoopy will make you smile, keep you laughing, and will be your adventure buddy.

Snoopy would love a canine sibling (or siblings) who is down to play with him, and he gets along very well with the 2 other dogs in his foster home. He would be best suited in a forever home that has a secure fence that is at least 6ft tall and doesn't have gaps at the bottom. Snoopy has a beautiful hound voice and can be vocal when he plays and he will let you know if something is going on outside but so far in his foster home he has not otherwise been too loud. He is crate trained and fully housebroken in his current foster home. Snoopy was introduced to a cat while he was still in Georgia and was non-reactive to the cat but he has not spent time with any feline friends while in foster care. Snoopy doesn't have any human kids in his foster home but his foster anticipates that he would be friendly with children. Snoopy is hoping to meet some kitties and some kids soon so his bio can be updated with that info.

Snoopy is neutered and up to date on his vaccines. His foster is happy to answer any questions that approved adopters may have about him.
