Topaz came to PA from WV with his sister, Citrine, and has loved every minute of living outside of the shelter. He is guesstimated to be 6 months old, 35-40lb, some kind of hound mix (based on looks and his howl) and his signature move is wagging his little stub of a tail when he’s excited. Since he’s been in foster care, he has a big appetite but doesn’t seem to be growing much more. While he sleeps well in the cage and night and nap times during the day, he is a high energy pup who loves his freedom running around the house, backyard and chasing his sister. He is the braver one of the two, confident and loves to show his playful side. In addition to his sister, he’s been living with two other small, resident dogs and doing well. He was recently neutered and has recovered well. All he has left in his journey is to find a home to call his own!
